RedBrick Rewards is the exclusive RedBrick Pizza® loyalty program that allows you to earn RedBrick Rewards Points for every qualified purchase you make in any of our many participating RedBrick Pizza locations!
Why join RedBrick Rewards?

- You earn 10 RedBrick Rewards Points for every dollar spent on qualified purchases in a participating location!
- Your rewards are automatically placed in your RedBrick Rewards account. To redeem them, just present your registered RedBrick loyalty card or account number at the time of purchase.
- You receive a free small gelato at a participating Café just by registering your RedBrick Rewards account!
- You receive a $10 reward for every 1000 RedBrick Rewards Points you earn!
- You receive a $5 reward on the yearly anniversary of your registration!
- Your RedBrick loyalty card can also be used as a prepaid or gift card.
- As a registered and opted-in RedBrick Rewards member, you may also receive special promotions, coupons and invitations to exclusive events at participating RedBrick Pizza Cafés.
Do my RedBrick Rewards Points and rewards ever expire?
Your RedBrick Rewards Points do not expire. However, the some of the rewards you earn do expire.
- Earned $10 Rewards, which are $10 rewards for every 1000 RedBrick Rewards Points you earn, expire 90 days after we issue your reward.
- Anniversary Rewards, which are $5 rewards we give you on the yearly anniversary of your account registration, expire 60 days after we issue your reward.
- The free small gelato you earn by registering your account does NOT expire and is redeemable at a participating Café.
I have accumulated RedBrick Rewards Points but why can’t I redeem them?
The only way to redeem rewards that have you have earned is by activating and registering your RedBrick Rewards account, and presenting your RedBrick loyalty card or account number at the time of purchase. Until you register your RedBrick Rewards account, you will not be able to redeem your rewards. You will, however, continue to accumulate RedBrick Rewards Points for qualified purchases at participating RedBrick Pizza locations.
Why am I not receiving offers or emails from my local RedBrick Pizza?
To ensure that you do not miss out on exclusive offers or emails from your local RedBrick Pizza Café, make sure that when registering, you have favorited a store and opted in to receive these exclusive offers.
If you have registered your email address and still aren’t receiving emails, please check your spam folder. Also, be sure to add us to your contact list to ensure you get all of our special offers and announcements.
If I have added dollar value to my RedBrick loyalty card, can I still use it even though my card is not registered?
Yes. Whether or not you activate and register your RedBrick loyalty card, you can load or reload it as a prepaid/stored value card. And, regardless of the dollar value on your RedBrick loyalty card, you’ll earn RedBrick Rewards Points every time you make a qualified purchase at a participating RedBrick Pizza location as long as you present your RedBrick loyalty card or account number at the time of purchase. Note, you cannot currently add value if you have chosen a cardless account. Also, you will not earn RedBrick Rewards Points for the dollar value that you load onto your RedBrick loyalty card but you will earn RedBrick Rewards Points when you use you those dollars on qualified purchases at participating RedBrick Pizza locations and present your RedBrick loyalty card or account number. For example, if you load $20 onto your RedBrick Loyalty card, you will not earn any additional RedBrick Rewards Points for doing that; however, when you use $10 of that $20 to buy a pizza at a participating RedBrick Pizza Café, you’ll earn 100 RedBrick Rewards Points!
How do I register for RedBrick Rewards?
There are a variety of easy ways to join!
- You can join RedBrick Rewards by registering online here.
- Once registered, you can earn RedBrick Rewards Points and redeem any earned RedBrick Rewards by providing your account number at a participating RedBrick Pizza Café.
For a physical card:
- Pick up a RedBrick loyalty card at any participating RedBrick Pizza location.
- Register your RedBrick loyalty card online here. After you have registered your card, start earning RedBrick Rewards Points for all of your qualified purchases. Don’t forget to must present your RedBrick loyalty card or account number at the time of purchase to earn your RedBrick Rewards Points and/or redeem rewards.
I registered online but I want an actual card. What do I do?
If you want a physical card, visit your closest RedBrick Pizza location and ask for a loyalty card. Activate your new card online and then merge your two accounts (instructions below).
What happens if my order is only $8 and I use my $10 reward? Can I use the remaining $2 during my next visit?
No. Earned $5 or $10 rewards are one-time use rewards that can only be used in a single transaction up to $5 or$ 10 in value. So if you purchase an $8 pizza, you can redeem your $10 reward and pay nothing. No change will be given and there is no remainder to be placed on the card. If you had purchased a pizza for a total of $12, then you could redeem your $10 reward and only pay $2 (plus applicable taxes). You would also earn 20 RedBrick Rewards Points for that transaction!
Can I use any earned RedBrick Rewards in conjunction with other coupon offers?
No. Rewards cannot be combined with any other offers. For example, if you have a buy one get one free (BOGO) coupon and a $10 reward and you purchase two pizzas each with a cost of $10, you can either choose to use your BOGO coupon and pay $10 (plus applicable taxes) or use your $10 reward and pay $10 (plus applicable taxes) for the cost of the second pizza. Sorry, but you could not use your BOGO coupon and your $10 reward together and get both pizzas for free.
Do I earn RedBrick Rewards Points on coupon and/or RedBrick Reward redemptions?
No. RedBrick Reward points are earned only on qualified purchases and actual dollars tendered. For example, if you bought a pizza (that cost $10 and you redeem a $1 off coupon and present your RedBrick Rewards card at the time of purchase, you would earn 90 RedBrick Rewards Points (or 10 Points X $9). If you bought a pizza (that cost $10) and you redeemed your anniversary reward of $5 towards the purchase, then you would earn 50 RedBrick Rewards Points (or 10 Points X $5); if you had redeemed a $10 rewards towards the purchase, you would not receive any RedBrick Points for that transaction. Qualified purchases are determined by RedBrick in its sole discretion and may be changed without notice.
Can I get RedBrick Rewards Points for purchasing a RedBrick Pizza gift card?
No. You cannot receive RedBrick Rewards Points for purchasing a RedBrick Pizza gift card. However, the gift card recipient will earn RedBrick Rewards Points for every qualified purchase that they make at a participating RedBrick Pizza location when they register their RedBrick Rewards account. Remember, each RedBrick Pizza gift card is both a loyalty card and a prepaid/stored value card. The gift card recipient must present their RedBrick loyalty/gift card or account number at the time of purchase to earn your RedBrick Rewards Points and/or redeem rewards.
Can I use rewards to purchase a RedBrick Rewards gift card?
No. You cannot use rewards to purchase RedBrick Pizza gift cards.
I purchased a RedBrick Pizza gift card for someone. Can they join RedBrick Rewards using that gift card?
Yes! Since a RedBrick Pizza gift card doubles as a loyalty card, all they need to do is register their card here.
I received a RedBrick Pizza gift card but I already have a RedBrick Rewards account. What do I do?
If you only want to carry one card, you can log into your account and merge the two accounts (see merging instructions below).
Where can I check my gift card balance?
You can check your gift card balance by logging into your account here. If your card is not registered, you can check your balance here.
Can I combine RedBrick Rewards Points from multiple RedBrick loyalty cards?
Yes. Start by logging in to your account here. Next to your card number, click on the plus sign and input your other card number. Once you add the new card, it will show up in your account summary. Select the new card you just added and under manage card select merge card and confirm. You will now be able to use both or either accounts to earn points for the same account.
I lost my registered RedBrick loyalty card. Can I still earn RedBrick Rewards Points?
Yes. Simply provide your card number or account number at the time of purchase.
I lost my registered RedBrick loyalty card. Can I get a new RedBrick loyalty card and keep my points?
Yes. Simply obtain a new card and merge the two accounts (see above instructions).
I forgot my RedBrick loyalty card during my last visit. Can I still get RedBrick Rewards Points for my purchase?
Yes. Simply fill out a contact us form and be sure to include your RedBrick Rewards account number.
I forgot my username or password for my RedBrick Rewards account. What do I do?
